The Cedar Valley Family STEM Festival was held on Tuesday, March 19 at the University of Northern Iowa. The free festival was open to the public. Approximately 1,800 people experienced hands-on STEM activities from 58 exhibits.

The Cedar Valley Family STEM Festival is a community-wide partnership led by the Northeast Region of the Iowa Governor’s STEM Advisory Council at the University of Northern Iowa, Waterloo Community Schools, Cedar Falls Community School District, Central Rivers Area Education Agency, Hawkeye Community College, John Deere, University of Northern Iowa and Volunteer Center of the Cedar Valley.
